This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms for cancelling or rescheduling consulting services with Harry Kohlmann. Please review carefully before booking.

1. General Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Requirement

All scheduled one-on-one consulting sessions require at least 24 hours noticefor cancellation or rescheduling. This allows time to offer the slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of session fee charged
  • Less than 2 hours: 100% of session fee charged
  • More than 24 hours: No charge, full rescheduling

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who don't show up for scheduled sessions will be charged 100% of the session fee
  • Multiple no-shows may result in termination of services

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Your full name
  • Scheduled date/time
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred reschedule date (if applicable)

Confirmation

You'll receive confirmation within 24 business hours. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed.

⚠ Important Notice

Phone calls or voicemails are NOT accepted as cancellation requests.All cancellations must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.

4. Emergency & Special Circumstances

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented emergencies (medical, family, etc.), cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion with appropriate documentation.

  • Medical emergency (doctor's note required)
  • Family emergency (documentation may be requested)
  • Technical issues preventing session participation

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or other events making service delivery impossible.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Preferred

We always prefer to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling maintains your priority in our calendar and avoids cancellation fees.

  • No fee for rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • Multiple reschedules allowed per session
  • Session credit valid for 90 days

Rescheduling Limits

  • Maximum 2 reschedules per session booking
  • Reschedule must be within 90 days of original booking
  • After 2 reschedules, session must be used or forfeited
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours follows late cancellation policy
